What Happens at a Princess Party? — A Tale as Magical as Can Be!
From the moment your royal guest arrives, your celebration transforms into a fairytale come to life! Your princess will text or call her royal contact (that’s you!) upon arriving in her carriage, awaiting the perfect moment to make her grand enchanted entrance. With grace and sparkle, she will greet the guest of honor and begin the magic

What time should the princess come to my party?
It's best to have the princess arrive about 30 minutes after your guests arrive. It's also suggested to plan to have the princess come either before or after feeding the kids, so it's not a distraction.

What other type of events can I book a princess for?
Our princesses have been hired to perform at various events such as tea parties, holiday tree lightings, parades, story time at libraries and meet and greets for businesses. We can perform our own skits with singing and dancing upon request.
What is the mileage charge?
Travel fees will apply to party or event outside of our immediate service area, Pahrump.

​Should I tip my character?
​Our characters are trained professionals who will do their best to provide a memorable party for you. If you feel your character did a great job, you are welcome to tip. Tipping is not required but is definitely appreciated.

Are the Actors CPR trained?
​Yes, all of our actors are CPR certified.
​How early should I book my party?
We have no limitations on how early or late you can book a princess. Keep in mind that we will be more flexible with accommodating the date/time of your party with an early notice. Clients who book at least 2-3 weeks before the party date usually get their desired time slot.

Do we have to follow your party plan?
If you have specific activities, you would like the character to do, feel free to let us know! All of our parties are flexible.

Royal Payment Options To make your booking as easy as a wave of a wand
We accept payments through Cash, Venmo, or PayPal. Please note: PayPal payments include a small processing fee, which will be added to your final total to cover their service charges. Thank you for helping us keep the magic running smoothly behind the scenes!
Things to know about Outdoor Parties.
Princesses will NOT perform outside in the event of rain. Please be mindful of the summertime heat. Actors MUST have a shaded area to protect them from overheating.

Your princess celebration can happen wherever the magic calls
Whether you’d prefer the comfort of your own castle, a rented hall, a sunny park, or any other party place, our princesses will be delighted to make a royal appearance wherever the festivities are held. Outdoor events are absolutely welcome—we just kindly ask that you keep an eye on the weather and have a backup plan ready in case Mother Nature has surprises of her own. Wherever your celebration unfolds, we’ll bring the sparkle to you!

Disclaimers:
Your princess is not responsible for supervising children. Chaperones are accountable for the behavior and safety of the party as the entertainer cannot oversee all the kids while performing at event.
In the event of damage to "Wish Upon a Princess Party" property or costume, clients are responsible for reimbursing the total cost of repair/replacement.
